Jacob Isaac, an alternative medicine researcher who is an expert on irritable bowel diseases (IBM), is the pioneer to thanks for introducing what he branded as the “Isaac Protocol.” For 27 years, Mr. Isaac has given his all to produce answers to unanswered questions concerning the ill effects of Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. From the extensive research he did within those 27 years, he took the gist of what he discovered and developed a guidebook that all who are plagued with either Crohn’s Disease or Ulcerative Colitis should faithfully follow–the Crohn’s & Ulcerative Colitis Bible.
This guidebook is based on the Isaac Protocol, which illustrates five steps to overcome Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Furthermore, it is heavily influenced by the expertise and principles of Dr. Alfred Pischinger, the professor who Mr. Isaac studied. Now, construing this five step protocol as just another gimmick is not possible for one reason: There are a lot of sources advocating on its behalf, from proud users to extensive studies and warm reviews, like this one. In addition, this five step protocol cannot be misapprehended because Mr. Isaac’s number one goal was to develop and introduce a forthright product. This means that everything, including the smallest of details, is precisely written in a concise manner. From start to finish, there are no hard-to-understand words or circuitous phrases, so the intended message of the Crohn’s & Ulcerative Colitis Bible is short and sweet and easy to digest.
Suffering from Crohn’s Disease or Ulcerative Colitis is no laughing matter or something to take lightly. Instead, it is something that needs to be handled appropriately and with urgency. For those who have either of these maladies, the dire need to cry out and seek treatment is imperative. Mr. Isaac understands this to be so and can vouch that the circumstances are serious no matter how severe the pain is. His overall awareness and understanding of both Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis is exercised through this five step protocol, the Isaac Protocol. Unfortunately, this breakthrough program is the ultimate healing process that every sufferer can invest in and put to good use, but will not profit from doing so as much as other sufferers–as the saying goes: Everything is just not meant for everyone.
The Isaac Protocol works significantly better for some than others because it reacts differently to certain factors associated with irritable bowel diseases. Therefore, those who have the factors that are not responsive to the Isaac Protocol will either notice a slight improvement or nothing at all, and those who have the factors that are responsive to the Isaac Protocol will gain the immediate and lasting pain relief they have always desired. In order for sufferers to ascertain where they stand with the Isaac Protocol, they have to answer a list of 12 questions. If those who are suffering answer three of the questions with a yes, then they are ideal candidates. Conversely, those who cannot answer yes to at least three or more of the questions, then they are not ideal candidates for the Isaac Protocol.

Nevertheless, as a whole, sufferers of Crohn’s Disease or Ulcerative Colitis can gain a lot from Mr. Isaac’s approach on how to treat both of these maladies–no matter if they are, or are not, ideal candidates. This fact remains the same: Mr. Isaac’s approach is the cost-effective solution that produces fast results. In addition to that, his approach is unlike any other. The tremendous load of facts combined with the system used to develop the Isaac Protocol is the only proven combination that is supported, defended and validated by nearly 50,000 hours of both nutritional expertise and peer-reviewed documentation. For this reason, this combination is the best-known trick to loosen the tenacious hold that Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis poses and to alleviate the pain they both cause.
The healing process to gain from the Isaac Protocol does a bunch of things, but it does them in an uncomplicated manner, making this healing process lengthy and not burdensome.
The Isaac Protocol can be used for the following:
. Put an end to the reign of four chemicals that stand in the way of the healing process.
. Keep the healing process 100 percent natural by using the many natural remedies.
. Cleanse the body’s immune system by wiping out the debris found in the large intestine.
. Awaken and enhance a dormant metabolism.
. Eliminate the chemical imbalances increasing the possibility of developing cancer.
. Reshape and tone the stomach by using plenty of techniques not found in any other product.
. Gain and make good use of an optimal health status.
. Finally say goodbye to the wide variety of ill effects of irritable bowel diseases.
. Live freely from the torment of both Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.
. Buckle down and get to the cause that produced the malady and do away with it for once and for all.
. Feel a lot younger and energetic and 10 times healthier than ever before.
. Enhance the mind’s strength and clarity and gain an enthusiastic, optimistic outlook on life.
. Grab hold of more confidence and guts to engage in active and social activities.

We all get inundated with advertisements using the word bacteria but do we really know what bacteria are?
Bacteria are one-celled animals but they can be either
There is a controversial theory that bacteria exhibit pleomorphism, that is, having different forms during different parts of their life cycle. This is quite common in the animal world such as frogs starting off as tadpoles and moths as caterpillar, then pupa and then a moth. The different forms of one type of bacteria may be mistaken for different bacteria.
What is of most interest is the question if all bacteria are bad. Endogenios bacteria can be:
Therefore, bacteria can be good, bad or indifferent. However, the good news is that 99% of all bacteria in the body are the beneficial type.
A pathogen, whether from inside the body or the outside environment, probably won’t cause any trouble if there are sufficient protective bacteria present to keep this “baddie” in control.
There are some things that we could advertently be taking which can kill off some of the protective bacteria and disturb the balance of a healthy body. The most common of these are:
Antibiotics – these could be from prescribed antibiotics or unbeknownly eating meat from animals fed antibiotics.
Bacteria live in and create an alkaline environment which is why acidifying urine is a recommendation to fight bladder and kidney infections.
You may ask how bacteria cause disease? Dr Harvey M Ross and Jeraldine Saunders in their book “The Classic Healthcare Handbook” explain that most disease symptoms are the result of biochemical changes. These come from toxic secretions of bacteria which can interfere with metabolic processes or destroy body tissues. They go on to say that bacteria can also incapacitate the immune system to a certain extent and in this way ensure their own survival This explains how many bacterial infections can become chronic and how one infection can follow another once the immune system is weakened.
Hopefully this information has been of some help to you. The more you knowledge you gain if you are suffering from Ulcerative Colitis the easier it will be to understand what is causing all your problems and how to get control before it develops into a more serious condition.
I read that Michael Seres has been chosen to carry the Olympic Flame. I can only say that he is an excellent role model as he was diagnosed with the illness 30 years ago and has been raising money for 3Cs, a charity that supports children living with Crohn’s disease.
What better way to inspire people to take control of their lives and learn to control not only Chron’s but also Ulcerative Colitis.
Be inspired and read the full article here and spread the word! Well done Michael.

In an article by Peter Russell there has apparently been a dramatic improvement in the treatment of colitis and Crohn’s DIsease with the number of deaths reducing drastically. It is a really interesting article and I you read it now. Here is a snippet from the article below:
“The number of patients dying after being admitted to hospital with ulcerative colitis has fallen by a half over a six year period, according to an audit. The report says there have been a number of improvements in care for people with ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, although services still fall short in a number of important areas.”
If you are going to live a full and healthy life you have to learn to cope with stress. We all have moments of stress but if they are not prolonged it should not affect your health.
It is just not worth letting difficult situations overwhelm you to the point of becoming completely frazzled. This will only leave you mentally affected but also physically. It can leave you open to some of the chronic life-threatening conditions.
For this reason it is imperative that we all learn how to manage the stress in our lives which I had to do when my digestive system broke down and left me with ulcerative colitis. Here are a few tips that I found useful, to get you started.
Become aware of your stress signals – they won’t be the same for everyone but some common indicators are tenseness in your neck and shoulders, tension in the jaw when you may find you are unconsciously gritting your teeth, fast breathing and even losing your temper. If you recognise these symptoms, acknowledge them as this will help to get a control of them. Before you lose your temper try taking your focus away for a moment, count to 10, take a deep breath, say some calming words to yourself and exhale slowly. If time permits repeat it a few times, till you feel calmer. Far better this than blurting out something you may regret later.
When your stress starts building up, take some time out to assess the causes of this stress. Take a pen and paper and write down all the causes then put them in two columns. One column for the things you may be able to change and the other of those you can’t. Then be proactive and change what you can and try your best not to fret over those you can’t.
If you are one of those that is always willing to help there will come a time when you reach your limit and will start to stress that you may let someone down. It is very important to know what your limit is and to learn to say “No”. It will only make you a stronger and happier, more relaxed person to be around.
I always found that at the end of a stressful day getting into a warm bath with some calming, aromatic oils just drained the stress out of me or failing that standing under a hot shower and just letting the water run over me. The hot water falling on your head can be a simplified “Indian head massage”.
A good friend just loves to get into the swimming pool and do laps slowly and rhythmically until the stress drains away – he tells me he goes almost into meditation mode, closing off his mind and concentrating on the repetitive movements of his body. This could apply to any repetitive sport and you get the benefit of the exercise as well.
It is always a good idea that when you get home, tell the family that you have had a very stressful day and that it would be great if you could just sit quietly for a while. You may even be able to persuade your partner or one of the kids to give you a gently massage – just the gentle touch from your loved ones will relax you and give them the pleasure of being able to help.
I’m sure if you put your mind to it you will find ways to relieve the anxiety, tensions and stresses. It may feel a bit strange at first but persevere if you want to ensure your future health and well-being.
